Karlie is a native Californian who has been practicing photography in the New York City area for nine years. She holds a BFA in Art & Design concentrating in Photography from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Karlie takes an unposed, discreet and candid approach to shooting live events. She cares deeply about her clients and brings a warmth behind the camera that instantly puts them at ease allowing their natural selves to shine through.

Fact 1 | I was born in the summertime in a small country town in the mountains of California near Yosemite and I love to see wildflowers in the spring.
Fact 2 | I was a serious student athlete growing up and loved playing volleyball and softball in school and on club teams across the west coast.
Fact 3 | I be-friended a feral cat during the pandemic without knowing anything about cats. Now she is the best companion I could ever ask for. Her name is Lady Peppers!
